The navy site has a directory that you can select that leads to a 403 error.
the Army site is just plain ...

If you try to use the web based IRC it gives a 404 error.

The requested URL /irc_client/HeavyApplet.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I just got Civ 4. I like it but I'm not sure it will make it into my top 20 games list

I enjoy Command and Conquer Renegade. The only non rts in that series (a fps), whats your views on it Fenix. Although its good I still perfered Starseige Tribes over it.

I thought it was an interesting side plot. I was annoyed when I lost my second disc so I can't install it anymore. Haven't ...

Thank you. I was trying to get a second viewpoint of this story going(well a viewpoint not in the prison camp.)
I might try and write some more about a possible rescue attempt. Depends on whether or not the Troopers get to a radio or attempt to escape on their own.
