I must say that this level of participation is rather quite disapointing and I hope that unit leaders will have mentioned the existence of this competition to their subordinates. After all, sadly, not everyone checks these boards and I am starting to think that this also ...

Every banner submission counts. However some will have better chances and some will not. It all depends on the layout ;p
