E-mail problems

Since Vort's provider is spinning again, my e-mail isn't working properly. I can't always connect to the server, and sometimes mails don't get to me for a few days. So far it doesn't seem that any have been completely lost, but if they're sitting there on the server where I can't access them it basically amounts to the same thing.

Hopefully the situation will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, please excuse any delays, and double-checking with me in person is probably a good idea if the issue's an urgent one.

Okay, it looks like our ISP is messing up once again - I haven't been able to access my mail since yesterday or the day before. Hopefully everything's still going through, but I can't be sure that things haven't gotten lost. If you sent me something urgent, drop me a PM or a mail at zwibble@gmx.net so that I can get to it.

Sorry once again - Vort and I are planning to go over there with a club at some point and beat some servcie out of them if this keeps up.

Easy on the Techie Bashing Mister Foley. Most of the senior and mid level Imperial Officer corps work in the Information Technology field in some capacity.

Wrong question, La Forge. The question should be "How many of the really *important* ones that weren't superflous did you get?". The answer would be "None, because you never send out such kind of email." :P

And no, that's not true. I sent a number of graduation emails and one "oops, a problem I found" email. I don't spam Zwibble because unlike you and Fel, she is nice to me.

Now I remember why I've gotten lazy about keeping up-to-date with the MBs. You all out-spam chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added, sheesh.

Anyway, the last e-mail I got from you was on the 11th, replying to "GA Daemon on the Archives" and calling Vort a silly German.

I'm working on getting a redirect for commandant@empirereborn.net set up, and I should hopefully soon have a zwibble@er.net address as well. In the meantime, zwibble@gmx.net will have to do - although I'm sorry to say that they also often have problems, especially with attachments.

Hopefully none of the mail has been lost, and is sitting there nicely on the server waiting for me to be able to download it. If not, well, at least German is a good language to curse in so that I can call them up and give them a piece of my mind.

*sigh* Alright, supposedly they moved us to a new server, but I still can't access my inbox. Please send *all* mail to zwibble@empirereborn.net for now on. There should have been a redirect set up so that mail sent to commandant@er.net went there, but it hasn't happened yet. So to be absolutely sure I get your mail, fly over here to Germany and hand it to me. But the second-best option is to send it to zwibble@empirereborn.net
