Empire at War: Navy or Army?

I think the concept isn't a bad one, but it doesn't work with the current GE:ER, as we don't have enough members to warrant a splitting of the Army like that.

So if you like the idea, get out there and recruit like mad. Don't forget that you get medals for recruitment! Plus a warm fuzzy feeling, of course.

Well, IF the Army guys would be on a star destroyer to fight it out it would, and even if the Army would be on itÂ´s should-be numbers, it would be about
30000 naval people against ca. 9700 army people, nice bloodbath.

To be true I think the Army would win this fight, as this is itÂ´s job (and theyÂ´re completely weaponed, something IdonÂ´t think the Navy is till now [official])!

Once the Army's in, it would be hard to get it out unless it doesn't get enough numbers onto the ship and is overrun... or if you have a giant vaccum cleaner built into the hallway

I only ever got the medals. I'm gonna sue over this...

The warm fuzzy feeling is when your recruit shoots you with a disruptor and takes your place.

I still recommend going ahead with the suing, mere Admirals don't get paid enough...
