As he stated above in his first post, "I will go over them and make our selection within a week of that time" so he has 1 week from the monday he set as his deadline for the apps to be sent in. So... the Lt. should be chosen be this up comeing monday. Which is 3 days away.
My 2nd point is that "I will go over them and make our selection within a week of that time" if you see he says he will make their selection, so acording to what he said he should make the choise. And i think i heard from many people that the 1O is supose to pick the Lt.s and that the 1) is supose to have he bigest say in the matter.
So acording to this infomation i have given in defence of all the Sls and Ensigns who applyed, La Forge's own deadline should be kept and the choise made in 3-4 days acording to the timezones...
