Fel mentioned that the deadline for submissions would be extended, but so far I haven't heard any announcements as to how long it actually is. Does anybody know?

Well, La Forge sent out an email stating that we had until tonight, but I still haven't heard anything "official".

I just wanted everyone's pilot file in. I'm sure we'll have a day or two more. I just generally want to push to get this stuff in, so that I don't have to deal with it later.

Thankfully it's that far.. means I might actually be able to do them. Let me see.. getting back to my place 22:30 GMT on Thursday... big exam till 10 GMT on Friday... ah, 14 hours. Should be enough, even if I need to install everything etc. etc.

If you need any help Laith, just gimme a call - or an SMS if I am already asleep. :P
I had to help Steel already with his XvT and Zwib and I spent hours on getting XWA and XvT to run, I might as well help you now. :P

Vort: Hours getting XWA and XvT to run?

You know Win2k3 isn't used for gaming right?

I just installed the games and hit "play"

Win2k3 is WinXP and 2000 with a "server" name on the box and the pricetag to "justify" that name. :P
I meant getting the current OR mission to run on this computer until I noticed that a dual screen set-up is not good for XWA and causes the whole thing to die while loading the hangar screen. :P
Who'd come up with THAT idea? :P

Use UltraMon to quickly switch off the display
Btw, its OS not OR
My expericence with Win2k3 was that it was 2000 with a few rewrites, extra functions and the XP underlays

(which didnt work in the beta i had)

The only problem I have with 2003 is that some programs (usually anti-virus) tell you "this is not 2k/XP! Buy our expensive, sucky server software crap that is horrible to use AND dumb!" :P
If anybody knows a way to get "normal" Kaspersky AV to run with 2k3, I'll give you some of Zwibs cookies! :P
