Line Captain Mar was promoted to Commodore Mar and (after Commodore Wedge stepped down from being Tactical Coordinator) was given the position of Tactical Coordinator. As such, CD Mar has left the ISD Nemisis and Commander Junon (previously the Striker's XO) has been promoted to Captain and given command of the Nemisis. The point of telling you this is that now there is no First Officer on the Striker.
