Line Captain Tapio Laithlis has asked that it be his turn to transfer to the reserves and has stepped down from being Senior Fleet Officer and Captain of the ISD II Chimera. Please extend your best wishes to the Captain.

With due seriousness and modesty, I have been admited into the navy's elite squadron, Scimitar Squadron. As such, I am unsure whether my regular duties will be affected by this assignment. We shall see.
