The Army Site

Well, well. Nearly seven months since I became CoA - and the Army site still displays this banner in the CoA's office portion of it.

Now, that obviously won't do. So, is there a lucky volunteer out there willing to make a new one in exchange for a pretty shiny medal(polish not provided)?

The requirements:
950x144
Must contain the text 'The Office of the Commander of the Army'

Ideally, you'd use Photoshop to create this, so there's a handy template file that allows for edits. However, I don't care whether you send it in as a .psd, .gif, .jpg or .png!

Oh, if someone wants to create a whole brand new Army site, contact me privately.

Lieutenant Commander Antillies has submitted the winning banner. The CoA's office has been updated.

He'll get a MoM as soon as the codemonkeys fix my inability to award medals to non-Army active officers.

Approximately minus a week. The banner was selected six days ago.
