Only one mentor should suffice to meet the Academy's needs, but if it would be more convenient I could instate two Mentors whose duties would rotate on a weekly basis or something of the like. This all depends on the number and wishes of the applicants.
The job of Mentor entails remaining in close contact with Navy Cadets, e-mailing them at least weekly, and responding to questions and concerns directed your way. Applicants should usually be able to respond to emails within 48 hours and posess good communication skills. Ownership of all Navy platforms is also a plus, although not a requirement.

A short example of the type of mail you would send cadets to remind them of their graduation requirements would also be appreciated.
