for the Unit banners is there a size restriction? and am I able to make one with just like paint or something?

I'm not sure about a size restriction, but if you keep it around the standard size you should be fine. And as for Paint.. well, if you can make it look good, sure.

I am sure there is a limit, but just make it normal size and you will be good.. No pavz style banners...

All the old timers will know what I am talking about..

You actually do decent things with MS Paint if all you want to do is copy/paste stuff - but even then I would NOT encourage you to do so.
Paint Shop Pro 9 is a great program to work with, not that hard at all (especially since there are many tutorials out there that help you with all the basic tasks) and you can get a free trial version online.

I use The GIMP... it's rather different from the other image editors around, but once you get used to it it's quite powerful. Oh, and did I mention that it's completely free?

Tried using it when Photoshop comitted suicide a while back, back ran straight back to PS when I healed it.

There probably aren't any size restrictions, but keep banners under 500ish x 300ish, please!
