Not trying to step on your toes there, Commander, but what do you think is this? This is the Imperial Navy, not some backwater farming business. :P

Seriously - if you can't even keep your own deadlines, what effect do you think this will have on other members? Are they going to get the impression that deadlines are a thing "Not To Miss. Ever."? Or is it that they might be like "Nah, not even the Commander regards them as important. Why bother?"
