Admiral Polanski, was this an "all officers" direct E-mail, or a "please send this down the chain of command" one? I didn't receive it.

Thank you very much, everyone.

This was an unexpected and very welcome surprise, and I homestly think the good mood it put me in helped me pass my Physiology exam, which means I'll have even more time this weekend to add exams to the Academy. Promotion is good for productivity!

I'm glad that I've been able to serve the GE as Commandant, and I hope to continue to do so for a long time to come.

...or not. One point away, arrgh! Regardless, I'll still have time this weekend to add exams to the Academy, but maybe I should have gotten the promotion ages ago so that the elation didn't distract me from the exam.

Actually, the German language and a stupid mistake were the reasons I missed the point I needed, but ah well. Maybe making me Vice Admiral will make things better.

With this promotion, does that mean you have more staff to get my course into the Academy faster?
