Suggestion: Perhaps a page - or locked and stickied post - displaying all the signature bars along with the relevant phpBB code and rules for usage should be created.

There's going to be a domain page with all of them when they're all ready.

That would require me to hack around PHPBB quite a bit. While I might look into it at some point - it won't be in the near future.

(am i missing anything??)

For the above, if the holders want anything made, mail me a colour scheme, and either the images you want in it (max of 3 plus the imperail seal) or a description of what you want in it.
