Jedi Outcast CTF Team

Greetings all,

One of the things that I've sorely missed is the fun and comraderie of a good Jedi Outcast Capture the Flag match. Occasionally, I am able to get in on a match with a group like the DJB, but I'm hoping for something more often and with guys from this group.

After talking with a couple of people we are hoping to start an unofficially JO CTF team. What this would mean is getting together and practicing on a semi-regular basis to develop a team approach to the game and hopefully organizing some matches against other clubs.

Right now we have a team of two (myself and Admiral Fel), but we really need about 2-3 more people to get this running and make it viable. This is a great way to expand your gaming experience and get to know some of the people in the club better. If you aren't experienced at all don't worry, we'll train you up and teach you everything you need to know. I look forward to hearing from you guys in the future.

I definitely support this endeavour - in fact, I'm signed up alreaday, as you can see.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to hold some small session following the meeting on July 1 to give people an in-game idea of how it will work.

It goes without saying that I'll be involved in any JO MP event unless real life intervenes.

CTF matches are only worth playing with at least three players on each team, preferably four. Two just doesn't cut it.
