This is easy. Just take Tarkin, change 'Grand Moff' to 'Moff' and the names to Vortagh. Job finished. :P

I could be a Moff right now if I had the inclination to access the db and Fel/Pol/Jansen/etc were all away on leave at the same time and thus wouldn't find me out. :P

Except I would find you out because you wouldn't be able to keep your mouth shut about it so we'd find out and then take away your DB access and fire you as a coder. :P

You'd want to change ship names too, though as I recall that's fairly easy to do anyway.

Chimaera, Nemesis, Striker, Vigilant, Stalwart, Dominance, etc.
