There's been an odd slowdown in the number of cadets joining as of late. I imagine it has to do with the restarting of educational institutions in many countries. It'll get better in a few weeks, I bet.

Well, it's kind of hard to just shoot out someone's leg with an ISD..... Or from a starfighter flying over the speed of sound.
