All new users must familiarize themselves with thew HOWTO which is available at http://www.empirereborn.net/bugs/howto.html and explains how the system is used - following these guidelines will make sure that the bugs are tracked properly and fixed promptly.
I'd like to stress that it is worth the extra 2minutes to search if your bug has recently been submitted to avoid duplications in the system
