- A long-time officer has returned from the Reserves! Line Captain Calder has taken command of the Striker and will be overseeing the Frigates of System Force 2. For those who do not know it, CL Calder was a Captain of the ISD Chimaera and our SFO in a long time before going on to the reserves. Welcome back, Captain!

- The High Command has sent a memo to all the members of the GEER reminding to them that they must be brought at least 1 time every 10 days his top officials. Not fullfil with this duty will mean to be sent to the reserves.

The Imperial Army consists at the moment of 02 Brigades with 08 Companies and 49 officers on the rosters.

Note: The level of activity of this Brigade has been low, in spite of the efforts of the COs to improve this situation. There worries a little the high number of AWOLs that have registered, which forces us to increase our personal contact with each of the members of the Brigade. An e-mail will be sent from the office of the MAA to each of the members that are AWOL in this Brigade to verify his current situation.
2.- 2nd Brigade

Note: In this Brigade, the company Demon is the one that leads the level of activity. His members are a good example to follow and from here I give them my congratulations. With regard to the members that AWOL, GEN Jansen are studying his situation and he will solve that actions to take during the course of the week.
(*)The level of activity is based on the reports of the companies and on what I could have observed. To do this more exact index, the reports of CO must be more detailed (or more frequent).

Outer Rim War III: The Subterrel Conflict...!
The Subterrel Conflict is the third multi-club, multi-platform event to
bear the name "Outer Rim War." Starting on the weekend of the 3rd and
4th of February, ORW3 will take place every weekend starting at 9am EST
on Saturday and ending at 12am EST on Sunday, in the Undernet IRC
channel #Outerrim. Games supported include Empire at War, Battlefront 1
and 2, Republic Commando, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, XvT and XWA.

Winter 2007 Ladders Open!
The Winter Ladders have been open for participation since January 1!
The winter set of ladders is open until 31 March, 2007 - another three full months.
Debuting this round is the Empire at War expansion pack, Forces of Corruption, as a separate ladder... In this fashion, both the EaW and FoC ladders are open and are not exclusive... Thus, if you wish to only play FoC-enabled games, you need not also sign up for the regular EaW Ladder.

Empire at War Map Creation Challenge!
(AD Fel) Following the release some months ago of the Empire at War Map Editor from Lucasarts/Petroglyph, it is now high time to announce a competition for the creation of a high quality mission...!
The rules of this challenge are simple: Be the first to turn in a high-quality Empire at War mission to VA Jagged Fel. If you do so, you will receive not only the Medal of Tactics afforded to all mission creators, but you will also be the first to create an Empire at War single-player scenario for the combat chamber. And, of course, you will be rewarded with a medal for your initiative... You will receive a Bronze Seal!

COMMENT/ORDERS
For those that are AWOL, if they read this report, this is his opportunity to return to his duties to keep on being members of the Imperial Army. Take contact with his CO as soon as possible.
For that they are active, continue with his work and take part of the events that now are developing. And make use of the means that our club puts at his disposal (as Combat Chamber, the Imperial Academy, Message Boards). Thus you will be able to amuse yourself and also to prove to be active for the whole GEER.
