Why? In the movies the GunganÂ´s win over an more advanced enemy, preserves their freedom and independence and throw a big party.
The Sith however get throwned down reactor shafts, fall into processing cores,
get their headÂ´s cut of and dies of electricution.
Who do you wanna be?

Also, even if it meant being thrown down a reactor shaft or something, I'd choose being a Sith over being a Gungan any day. Or lifetime. Hell, I'd choose being a tortoise over being a Gungan any day.

Still, the perfect setup would have to be a independent force-user with secured clone bodyÂ´s to inherite when youÂ´re old body dies.
In my daydreamÂ´s IÂ´m 4000 year old simply by doing that.

No way. I was trained relentlessly for four years to do everything I could to say out of the water. You abandon ship as an absolute last resort.

That being said, as part of the training, I floated around in the icy north Atlantic waters of Buzzard's Bay, MA for six hours in a survival suit one December.

Calder, just wondering... How long does it take for one to get inside one of those survival suits. I wouldn't imagine you have too much spare time on your hands when you actually need one.

Laith: IIRC the naval survival suits are very loose things. At least when compared to a divers wetsuit. I could ask my brother, seeing how he's going to be here today, it might be faster than Calder visiting again.

(My brother was a helo pilot in the German navy)
