We gotta do something else than just hope that more people become dedicated and active. We have to come up with something to raise our membership count and increase the activness of our members.

Being a SSG that used to be a ALT, I have to agree that activity as a while is low and I know I'm not very active but look at Jag, he went from being semi-active to very active as soon as he went to college, much like how my activity level will simalarily change.

As for me, I to am active, I try to be on the GE:ER/ MB almost everyday and check my email as much as possible. So for being just a NCO I am pretty active. And one thing is if i get a Position i would become so much more active.

Sadly, not everyone seems to share my dedication to the Empire.

I to would get alot more active if I got a position.

The trick is, boys, to get more active before you apply for a position and state
in the application that youÂ´ll add new facets to your activity if you get it.

I just donÂ´t like the idea of self-applicating.
IÂ´m just to nervous that Burton and the rest of you guys will laugh me in the face and then IÂ´d just feel like such an idiot.
And if itÂ´s anything IÂ´m afraid of itÂ´s looking like an idiot, despite what you might think.

ThatÂ´s why applications are sent to the people needed and not through brigade-mail. You COs for sure know what to think of you, but even if you dislike it you have to try to show your ideas and strenghts as well as your weaknesses; try to be realistic.

And grant the COs that little fun, they need it.

Well Sir, i have sent it in my application, i just what to prove it. Anyways, Appo dont be scared if you think you have the right qualitys then then will take your applications and not laugh.
