Vort: Since the topic has been deleted, can you tell me what is going on with the email functions of your server? Are they totally gone, or moved, or what?

LaFO, he already often warned that those will be rendered useless :p
And use logic: your emails pass through the imp.net server wich, on its turn, forwards them to you. Once the Imp.net server is gone... .. . .

All I was simply looking for was confirmation that IS was gone. It's a bit odd to try to check my mail while on leave (I'll have no more computer access after this for another week, btw), and find that my whole email account is gone.

In any event, Fleet Admiral Polanski, if the server package you have comes with email mailboxes, would it be possible for you to set one of these up for me? Assuming you can, please make the address la_forge@empirereborn.net, then find me on AIM or IRC to give me the username and password. Thanks.

ImperialSquadrons.Net and GrandMoffTarkin.net are back up - allthough there is no content on the servers at the moment.
Syrtaras.Com and Zwibble.Com are still not fully transfered, there was a fsck up during the server move.

The email adresses of IS.Net and GMT.Net are back up, allthough WITH NEW ACCOUNT NAMES AND PASSWORDS! Also the pop, smtp and imap server adresses have changed (duh).
1.) Fel and me already have their new accounts running.
2.) Everybody who just had an email redirection (Steel for example), will not have noticed any downtime, as I entered those redirections into the new server BEFORE the change.
3.) Everybody who has a full mail account (at the moment I can only think of LaForge and Longstreet) need to contact me to get their new login data.

P.S.: At the moment I will most likely NOT restore the IS.net MBs.

Oh, blast, Vort, I just set up a temp email account to get around this.
