Announcement: New XO of the 1st Brigade

Gentlemen,


after weeks of searching for a new BRG-XO I am proud to announce that he is found.


So I hereby promote

ALT Kevin / Spearhead CO / 1st Brigade / Imperial Army

to

CPT Kevin / BRG-XO / 1st Brigade / Imperial Army


Captain Kevin is a veteran member of the Army with over 2 years of service; one of the few who were able to stay active and to stay in the Army even over the fact that in the Navy faster promotion due to EaW and Frigate-Commissioning was available in great numbers.

He worked his way up through the NCO-ranks; one of the few with the patience and abillity to reach the rank of Staff Sergeant on direct line. In his time as NCO he already began beeing an example in his company on which others looked upon. Becoming Spearhead´s XO and shortly afterwile it´s CO he was able to keep his company active and did achieve a good level of communication in this unit.

Under his command Spearhead became "The Better Company of the Imperial Army"; a fact even more impressive looking onto that Spearhead belongs to the largest of our companies. Having command experience for about a year now Captain Kevin never failed me in his service, did expected and above; produced a number of medal recipients and promotions with a rate higher then in most other companies.

That there were very few possible applicants for this positions may diminish his appointment; but the fact that he was the first choice at all prooves this wrong.


Few officers come to the honor to serve in a command staff, and some of them weren´t and aren´t yet ready for it. I personally have no fear that this is the case, but greatest confidence that Captain Kevin as my right hand and better half will benefit to the Brigade and the Army as a whole.


So from my side the biggest congrats Captain, I hope from all others as well; and welcome in your new office!

Greetings 1st Brigade Officers,

I'm CPT Kevin, you all most likely know me, I've been sending you Spearhead Company status reports for some time now. However it is proper that I introduce myself as your Brigade XO.

Firstly, let me say that I am honored to have this posistion and am honored to serve with fine officers such as yourselves and I sincerely hope we can build a strong since of comradeship.

Secondly, I hope that I am able to perform my duties to the best of my abilities. I hope to meet your standards as well as those I set for myself.

I would like to say that I'm always around if you need any assistance or have any questions. It would be a pleasure to lend a helping hand.
