Several officers have e-mailed me to tell me that they are having trouble with GE Admin - everyone is. Yesterday the EmpireReborn.net's hosting company appears to have messed about with some things, causing our current problem.
I've dispatched Moff Jansen to look into the situation, and we should be able to get it resolved without too much trouble...
