New Brigade Executive Officer

I would like to extend my welcome to Major John Foley on his return from the Reserves. He has been appointed as the First Brigade's Executive Officer.

Mr. Foley has one of the finest records in the Empire and I am delighted to have him back with us. I'm sure he'll be a great boon.

And... drinks are therefore on him.
