And while we're at it - I'm still here, Kreed. And I remember what you tried to pull, the last time you surfaced.

Thank you for your attention. Someone add this to the READ FIRST section of, well, everything. And include it in every academy course no matter the topic.
Know what would make a most excellent course???

"Everything you need to know in life courtesy of Lord Syrtaras."

I would find that probably the best course ever created, and would of course take it on multiple occasions.

You mean you don't remember the time on IS.Net, where you sent me a private message, telling me I should help you "weed out" all those you deemed not "fit for the empire"? I remember my answer very well and how you vanished from the stage after I sent it to you.

Actually no Vort I don't remember that. I'm pretty sure you got something mixed up somewhere. I do remember having to go through the VSD Strikers Roster and weed out the inactives, and place them on the inactive roster. As far as leaving lets see, I left becouse I was deployed to the desert, then PCS to Alaska, got married had kids, and what not.

If putting inactives on the inactive roster demoting those who don't display the leadership quality and can't handel the job is what your talking about and me suggesting you do the same, then sure it was me. Of course there was nothing wrong with that and GA Dameon sanctioned it. Get your facts straight.

Err, Ravin, Kreed or whatever your name is nowadays: as the authority in GE legal matters... *points towards ID line* ...allow me to issue the official - and final - statement regarding the position of the Emperor's Court on the matter at hands: Bwahahahahaha!

Thank you for your attention.

Despite beeing not sure if you as reserve officer can request legal measures (which you for shure shoud not do here but per mail to Supreme Commander etc.) as far as I know also the Procurator of Justice is bound to the law and it´s borders as all members of the GE are.

In any case - please remain peaceful here and behave like officers and gentlemen (Yes, even civilians and reserves should try to!)

Well, let me start by saying that any member of the GE has the right to report any behaviour he thinks is not in accordance with imperial law to the appropriate authority. In most cases, this means contacting your direct superior, who will either try to solve the issue or forward it to the next level of command. In case of the GE reserves, best practice suggests contacting the commander of the division the reserve was formerly a member of.

The Procurator of Justice - yes, that's me, quit applauding already... actually, wait, don't quit - is indeed bound by GE law. In that respect, I'm equal to every single member of this organization, from the newly registered cadet up to the fleet admiral (okay, the latter *makes* the laws, so he's a bit special indeed). However, as you undoubtedly realize, my job is to interpret the law so it can be applied properly to a specific case. With the information currently available to me, my interpretation of the law in this *potential* case is, like I said (and I am not convinced that this is going to change): Bwahahahahaha!

Regarding your call to "civilians and reserves" to "behave" - since I hold a civil rank, I feel addressed, but before I comment, allow me to ask you if this was meant in an Austin Powers "Oh, be-HAVE" way or in the traditional, eye-rolling "Oh children, behave!" way? Just making sure because, ironically, both ways are not exactly considered "officer and gentleman"-esque if you address people who are higher in rank than you are. Phrase it as indirectly as you may ever want.
More importantly, however, the tough, sometimes deadly arguing, the evil plotting and scheming, as well as the disgusted nodding towards troopers to indicate that it is their duty to dispose of the body of one's predecessor are the very foundation of the Empire. If you want peace, join the tree-hugging, communist, hippie rebels for crying out loud.

Finally, fix your signature. It's "As long as one of us exists, we are legion." "Are we legion" is a question, not a statement.

Wow it's funny how far down the tube everything really has gone around here. Military ediqute and Profesionalism has gone out the door. I guess during my absence it was decided to be lax on how everyhitng works.

As far as the legal maters is concerned. you better get your head on straight Event hough I am RES I am still a member of the military and can request legal action, furthermore any member of the military that presents a false claim against another is making a false aquisation.

If there was nothing to stop flase aquisations from being said about others, what would stop people saying that Vortagh is gay and tryed to over throw the Empire when he was the Captian of the Chimera.

I probably know more about the military law, and structering than anyone else.

As a matter of fact, certain people DID try to get Daemon to get me out of CL back then. Thankfully he didn't believe them and I managed to aquire a document where people actually explained the whole thing in much detail how they did that. :P

Back on topic: Kreed, when you did what you did, the first thing I did was to show the messages to, now FA, Fel. Sh1t-out-of-luck is the term you are looking for. :P

P.S.: Coming back the way you did last time, with a very big mouth, not standing up to your past, denying it outright and then threatening HC members is NOT the way to go.

P.P.S.:Btw, the word is spelled "etiquette".
