Jansen LOA!

I will be on LOA from today till the 28th. The MAA is in command till I return and Commander Longstreet can help anyone with any academy related matters.

My guess is he typed the start date rather than the finish date by mistake.

That's not a bad deduction at all their, Admiral. Not that the captain's is all that bad, but if that were to be the case that would be an incredibly long LOA. Then again, it's not like that is impossible, but I guess we'll all know the truth soon enough.

Every year for the last four years I've had to take a two month LOA in January and February, so one month isn't unheard of.

And, speaking of which, it looks like another one of those will be coming up for me in a couple weeks (unfortunately).
