This is worse than I thought...

Of course I accept the Challenge. And it will be EAW, Space and I take Imps. ( The game where I suck most :p ) And since I have the choice, the duel will be taking place December 12, 2009 at approx 2200 eastern time. (which means I will not accept other duels before this date as I am too busy in RL at the moment and once I have free time, my TC duties will come first. But... you know that too well).

Over that. You may have not noticed it. But I have requested that you do "not" send me further e-mails. Which you did. Again, prooving I am right about your negative attitude toward a superior Officer and HC member.

I have wasted enough time already. You coulnd't fix things up with Xayun, Fewrfreyut, Junon, me and I don't know how many others. Now I ask again. Restrain yourself from contacting me in any way. When I have need for your services, I will let you know.

I do not understand where your views that me and Fewrfreyut are not cordial come from. Me and him speak every few days and get along well.

Please check your facts.

On the subject of Xayun, he is now banned from the forums for his actions toward me. I would view that as I am in the right.

On the subject of Junon, I have settled my issues with him and have since been attempting to contribute to the betterment of the Academy.

In short, your grasping at straws attempting to justify your actions and attitude. Its not becoming of a senior officer who should be setting a example for junior officers so please act as your rank would Admiral.

I registered June 1, became Admiral within 2 weeks and in a couple of days Fel will retire and leave me everything. :p

Is he, now? Interesting. I am unaware of any such actions against him and I am... wait a minute... checking my position and responsibility on the roster... yes, I am still the GE's residing legal authority. Very interesting indeed...

Of course, Xayun might simply have vanished from the boards because he was unwilling to take any more of the sheer madness some people - let's call them Shmione Shmaudrine for anonymity's sake - have brought here, but no, that would be silly. It's also certainly not because he is good friends with the admins and they are playing some kind of practical joke on him for his lack of activity on IRC/ICQ/AIM (read this, Xayun? :P). It is because he was banned as a direct result of your supreme rightness. Am I the only one who feels a chill running down my spine whenever so much rightness plus the unshakable belief in that rightness are involved?

Being the head of the GE's justice department I would think you would be more mature and not act like a child. I am wrong.

And for the record it was a High Command who told me Xayum was banned from the boards.

Ah, isn't it so much simpler to feel wildly offended by someone else's words and call them childish than actually taking the time to think about them and argue the point? I find it very refreshing. :P

His name is Xayun. With an n at the end. And it is quite a difference between being told that a) someone is banned from the boards and b) that he was banned because of your galaxy-spanning rightness.

Also, rest assured that I have my sources within High Command and I know for a fact that the only sense in which Xayun is "banned" is that his account has been disabled for posting. He can still log in and read any and all forums (including any non-public ones) he has access to. And it is with a certain feeling of sympathy that I have to tell you the reason for that had absolutely nothing to do with you. I know it must be hard to find out that some people believe the center of the known universe is, well, not you, but on the bright side, maybe that revelation goes along with the realization that not everyone is out to get you and plot your downfall. :P
