Something other than YOGEME!

A discussion elsewhere led me to figure this out as a solution didn't seem to exist yet. Two different programs with the same core purpose, font editing within the series.

The first one is the LFD Font Reader, exclusive for TIE95. This reads the fonts from the LFD files, everything from menu fonts to even the opening text crawl. While it's titled as a "Reader", you can also import your own characters.

The next one is more versitile, the LA FNT Editor edits the *.FNT files found in the install directories of TIE, XvT/BoP and XWA. There's actually two other font formats for XWA, but this is the first editor for this type.
*Note: this is different than the standard *.fnt filetype, this will only work with LucasArts produced files.

Okay, so some of you may not have a need for such programs, but this means I can finally have in-flight messages appear in Aurebesh!

This makes me either want to commit suicide or a ritual sacrifice of Jagged. :P

Still, it does have a certain charm, seeing SW fonts in a SW game.
