So... Mitchell Would be a Fiction Archivist
He would watch over the Fiction in the General Section. He can and still would add stuff to other area of the Imp.Arc, but his primary duity would be in league with the fiction.
These positions would not be Given out blindly, and can not be given to some one unless they themselfs request it. So i could not make Mitchell a Fiction Archivist unless he requested it.
So mitchell, you will be a Assistant Archivistfor now, but i will give you a project, and your project is to mainly focus on the fiction in the GE. And to add storys.
Any questions?

No sir. Lucky for you, I have never finished lower than 3rd place in my school spelling bee back in Catholic School (I also never finished higher than 2nd, but that's beside the point!), so you've got yourself a fine proofreader and spell-checker in your corner (SL Russell would also be of good service).

I don't want to or have the time to be an Archivist, but if anyone needs SW info, I've got one of the SW Encyclopedias, so I'm loaded with info.

Ok... here is a rough draft of the projects. I gave each of you a project depending on what you have ask or talked to me about. If you have any questions or wish to be removed or added to the Team please E-mail me.
Any one (Archivist or non-Archivist) may add anything to the Archive any time. Just please E-mail an Archivist so we know you have added it, makeing our jobs eayser.
Whats the diffrence between an Archivist and Non-Archivist? An Archivist is part of the Imp.Arc team and is willing to be given a project to work on in addishion to be able to put anything in the archives. A Non-Archivist is every one else. Non-Archivist may also add to the Archives, but must tell an Archivst first (who will tell the officer in charge of Project "Data Core") this is only to make it so that the archivist can do their job.

You guys *are* aware of the fact that everything in the SW universe has already been covered in the greatest possible detail *elsewhere*, aren't you? For a general example, take http://www1.theforce.net/cuswe and for a more specific example, take http://jsarek.freeservers.com/admirals.htm. Just thought I'd be mean and point that out... :P

In addition to the above, I'd rather have ORIGINAL content. Any and all copies **MUST** be credited. In fact, they probably shouldnt even be there at all esp if the site you copied and pasted from doesn't say that you can freely use the info.
The idea of the Archives was for people of the GE to host their own information, such as fictional battle reports, bios, tips, original swg guides etc. Never as a copy of the SWENC (or whatever it is called now).

I would except for two things. One, I'm enjoying trying to do this without "cheating" as it were, and SC Polanski wanted us to be original. Two, well just try clicking this link www.doesnotwork.com/noresult/itsuselesstotry.com

Works without problems for me. I even tried it in a different browser, to make sure it wasn't my cache. Now, let me address your points:
1) Being original - well, that only leaves making up stories of the other twelve Grand Admirals. And that is hardly what this "research" is about, is it?
2) Cheating - this isn't a highschool exam or anything. Besides, how is looking at a valid source (which you'll end up doing anyway) cheating?
