Erm, well... I think it's okay, but I think that the spiderweb design inside the lettering is rather cartoonish, and I really think "GE:ER" should be replaced with "Galactic Empire" or something similar.

It did have "Galactic Empire" although as the logo is small it looked a bit off...

i like it, but Galactic Empire would also be cool.
if possible remove the spiderweb, it realy looks a bit strange...

I think that the "spiderwebs" are pretty cool really. Other than that, the : looks akward, so like everybody else, I think that Empire Reborn, or Galactic Empire, would look better than GE:ER. It looks really cool though.
