Argh, come on you people, hurry up and go somewhere with this. It's bad enough when the cops are on you, but, sheesh, after this much discussion I could not help but drop the bad guy act.

Yes, the Captain is correct, I did not kill the rancor. Frankly, I couldn't get close enough to the stench to fire a blaster. You won't get it back, of course, but sufdice it to say I don't want it.

Now get working, before you bore me even more.

*cackling can be heard, followed by static*

I can say with absolute certainty that I know who did it as well. Really it doesn't make a lot of sense at first, but if you know the culprit a bit and you get a little proding it turns out to be fairly obvious. So, anyone care to make a little wager before the identity is reveled? Falen, I know you're always up for a bet, all you crazy former Deltan's are.

So when will we see the next Mystery? I just hope next time nobody takes the rancor, the only thing they get out of it is a nasty smell.

(and does that first one take into account the changes within the Army/Legion if it applies?)

Allthough I have to say, that this one was the easiest one, ever. Enough evidence was given on the first page of this thread to make a pretty good guess and that one is confirmed lateron.
