Reforger Round 3 Ends, Round 4 assignments

Round 3 is now officially closed, save for several people who have been granted special dispensation. Unfortunately due to this there will be a slight delay in the release of the results of the XWA Flight category and Graphics portions of the competion. However I am proud to annouce that the winner of this Round 3's fiction competition by a narrow margin is none other than Falen. Congradulations to all who participated, and I hope you will contiinue with this spirit of competition throughout the rest of this competition.
