Optional Profile Data on GE Officer Profiles!

Officers of the Empire:

As if getting a new OGMA wasn't enough, I have something else to present to you: Optional Profile Data is hereby offically online! Many of you may have noticed that the Admin script has been done for some time (indeed, some of you helped me test it out and work out the bugs (thanks, Colonel Fel!

)); while this is the case, the display codeneeded to be added and correctly styled, and this took a bit of time.

However, *all* officers are now herein able to log into Galactic Empire Administration (admin.empirereborn.net) and update their profiles accordingly... also, due to the unique way the information is stored (my secret

), other information can be added very quickly, so if you have suggestions, please email them to me at la_forge@imperialsquadrons.net.

Nevertheless, its a very neat way of storing things easily in a database...

I'd love to see more people use this and I think I asked before, but:

Can we get a search function for that? :-)
Tuomo's ImpForum had a function that let you search for people with "value X or higher in Skill Y", so when you needed someone to do something for you, you could get a list without opening all the profiles and checking their values.

Hmm, I could probably modify the current search script for something like this, yes. It'd be rather down on the priority list of things I have to write yet, though.
