hey, this might sound stupid, but did the legion get shut down due to lack of activity or something, or was it integrated into the army?

Yes, we tend to do that as well. However Ensign Jamie has been something of a special case. Just when you think he's gone and you can pull the plug, he turns up again. Like now.

No, it's actually rather annoying.

Ribbon did that with me for the longest time, and thus it took me ages to get him off the Gamma roster.
