Since I'm stuck at the Yaga Minor Shipyard, I want it to have a banner and a motto. Standard size on the banner, and the attitude should reflect my displeasure at sitting out the war.
The award will be an IVM-BB for each winner, or an IVM-SB if both winning entries come from the same person.
