A sugestion

Well, I've been looking through sevice recoreds, and, well, I've seen that alot of present officers were promoted from like a CP or a SGT, well, no offense to the army officers, but now i think that we should have all *soon to be* officers take the army officers exam and company leadership exam before being promoted, or, if there not fit to be an officer, promote them to maybe a higher SGT, like a Master Sgt., because from a CP to a ALT is a big jump, i mean i could understand like a Sgt. to a 2LT.

So i want to hear if any other officers think that I'm right, or have a point to say to me.

if you checked too most people have already taken those exams and before they made a jump like that. At least when they promoted me like that I know they checked to see if I had taken those exams and what scores I got on them.

We recently just did a callout on officers who don't have the required exams completed, and if they aren't done soon, if could cause roster shuffles. It's a good idea do just have it done ASAP, by everyone.

It’s a requirement that has been overlooked in the past due to the number of candidates. It however is going to change. So I suggest everyone take the exams if you wish to move up in the Army. As I am not going to approve promos unless its done..

And to make sure you know what I am talking about, its the Army Officers and Company Leadership Exams at the Academy.
