Also looks fine in Netscape. The problem probably lies with the fact that the text is not generated by HTML, but by a Javascript hosted on LA's website. Therefore I can't do anything to it. Perhaps Admiral Polanski can fix the issue when he goes back and updates a small element in it that is also in current need of edit.

Could you not just give the page a lighter background? Or at least the part of the page with LA's text. You know, put it in a (sand)box or something.

The colors I'm using are defined by Admiral Polanski (or perhaps, his CSS stylesheet), so no, I really can't go changing things. You'd have to talk to him about it.
