If I catch you spamming, I'm going to delete your posts, your accounts, and ban your IPs. I don't care how many bans it takes. If you keep it up, I'm going to call up your ISP and tell them about your wonderful behaviour. And I don't care what country you're from; I know somebody or will find somebody who speaks the language. So don't waste your time. Understand?

Oh, and as for the hacked proxies? I'll just phone up the owners and have them close them up. If they don't take action, I'll call the higher-level ISPs shut them down. I will call the Tier 1 ISPs if that's what it takes. Nice try.
