With some assistance from GA Daemon's records, we have been able to release two important documents related to medal awards...
The first can be viewed on the Official Documents page - titled "Medal Awarding Theory", it is a de-classified document by Grand Admiral Daemon, is used by those with medal approval powers to help them judge appropriate requests.
