As Commander of the Legion it is my honor to promote to very excellent officers who made my life very easy and kept the Legion on the upswing.
High Colonel Derlin has been Legion Quartermaster for sometime now, completing his duties with utmost excellence and broadening the position, to help the Legion. For his efforts, I hereby promote High Colonel Derlin to the rank of Brigadier. Congratulations, Brigadier!
Major Catman has served as Chimaera Regiment Commander throughout the Legion's incline. His work has been most definately needed to keep that force moving. Therefore, I hereby promote Major Catman to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Congratulations!
