If you have an ER.net mail account, to use it, your username is the part before the @ and your password is whatever is in your mail client normally.

If you do not have an ER.net e-mail account, unfortunately, this will not be of use to you. If you feel you need one, however, you can make your case to General Jansen, who handles mail address allocation...
