- New XO For the 1st Brigade!. ALT Kevin, CO of Spearhead Company has been designated as the new XO of the 1st Brigade and promoted to the Captain's status, as recognition to his excellent performance in Spearhead. The position of CO of Spearhead, now vacancy, will be filled to the briefness. Congratulations, CPT Kevin!
- Imperial Army promotions! Inside the last weeks important promotions have taken place inside our Division. We congratulate to PFC Zor-El and PFC Appo who raise the rank of Lance Corporal, to ALT Kevin who raise to the rank of Captain and XO of the 1st Brigade, and much especially to James Longstreet, CO of the 1st Brigade who raise the rank of Colonel. Congratulations to all!

Also the activity inside this Brigade has been a little slow in this week. Members of 2nd Bigade, follow the lead of your BRG-CO and Captain of the Royal Guard. He is an example to follow for many of the members of the GEER.

Imperial Collaborative Fiction Competition (VA JaggedFel)
As a new venture to attempt for the next little while, I am introducing the Imperial Collaborative Fiction Competition. The premise is pretty simple. I've written the first part of the story. Now you write the following parts.
What will happen is that each week I will select the best submission and add it to the end of the story, and then everyone uses that as a base to continue from in their future parts.
To submit your part, you should post it on the GE Messageboards (index.php ) in the soon-to-be-released forum for Imperial Collaborative Fiction...
Empire at War Map Creation Challenge!
(AD Fel) Following the release some months ago of the Empire at War Map Editor from Lucasarts/Petroglyph, it is now high time to announce a competition for the creation of a high quality mission...!
The rules of this challenge are simple: Be the first to turn in a high-quality Empire at War mission to VA Jagged Fel. If you do so, you will receive not only the Medal of Tactics afforded to all mission creators, but you will also be the first to create an Empire at War single-player scenario for the combat chamber. And, of course, you will be rewarded with a medal for your initiative... You will receive a Bronze Seal!
