New utility release!

That right, I've manged to get something done and out of the IDMR with a real 1.0 release! This rarity is due to the completion of the TIE Sound Extractor.

This utility is for TIE95, and allows you to extract and even import your own WAV files into the game. Whether you think the door sound effects could use some work, you want to hear the Zelda "Item Found" sound effect, or you just want to replace some voices with your own, this utility will let you do that.
