after going through the applications for the PSI 3-1 iÂ´ve come to the decision that i

herein officially promote:

EF Russell / Gimmel 1-3/ ISD Nemesis / Navy
... to ...
SL Russell / Psi 3-1 / ISD Nemesis / Navy

as iÂ´ve seen him in the last ladders and noted that he is now also active in the new ladders and is also
often on AIM and on the boards, iÂ´m sure i have found an excellent Officers for that position.

i hvae noticed this members activity levels in the past and he has allways been very enthusiastic about the Imperial Role Playing and Gaming Organization and belive he is a great choice splatter.

Thank you, everyone, for your congratulatory mentions. Now, I will continue to work my hardest to live up to the high expectations that I have set for myself, and demonstrate that I not only have this rank, but have earned it, as I continue on the path to my next promotion- 2nd lieutenant.
