Hornet CO Needed!

Following ALT Ghor's resignation due to real-life limitations, I am opening up the Hornet Company CO position for applications. In order to apply you must:

-Have completed (with a passing score):
+ Army Officer Exam
+ Company Leadership Exam
+ GE Administration I Exam
+ Introduction to the GE I Exam
-Have an e-mail response time of at least 72 hours; the quicker, the better.
-Have a presence on either mIRC or other IM medium (MSN, AIM, etc).

Include in your application:

- an overview of your career with details (like service times, COs, highlights, etc.)
- what you want to do as Spearhead-CO
- what you expect of your service as Spearhead-CO
- what you expect from your men
- what you want/plan for your own career
- any qualifications/skills you have and think to be useful
