It is my sad duty to announce to you all that Rear Admiral Orzon has retired from the post of Academy Commandant. His duty in the Empire has been a long and fruitful one, being at one point active in the Navy, Commander of the Legion, and most recently in the Academy. It is most sad to see him leave active service for the reserves.
For duty to Empire, I hereby promote Rear Admiral Orzon to Vice Admiral, in recognition to his outstanding service throughout his career. My congratulations to you Admiral!
The position of Academy commandant shall remain "unmanned" for the time being, as I shall be undertaking the role. Applications are not currently being accepted.
