MAR was dressing up for the mission with the same feeling he usually had when going out for a raid.


110% confidence that it would be a succes.


It as been a while that he didn't fly because he has been in a bacta tank for the past months , thanks to Steel.

But after a week of streching out in the sims he felt ready to do his job and accomplished any missions his commandant would send him to. No matter the odds. Especially when the odds didn't favor him....

28 minutes later , he was climbing aboard his TIE Interceptor. Long time no see. He had flown TIE Bomber for the past two years. But for him , a TIE is a TIE. They all felt like they were part of him , an extension of his body. He didn't mind flying Bombers or Defenders , because he would get the job done anyway.

2 minutes to take off....

"Aaahh! Deep Space! Home sweet home.."

"Time to rock! Let's show these scums that I was on "vacation" for the past months and that now party's over!"
