An automated uniform creator that generates a personalised uniform graphic based on Division, ID-Line, and medals held. This is an officially-sanctioned utility.
Outputted images conform to the regulation display-size of 400x300 pixels, but should be converted to JPEG format before distribution or uploading to websites. If needed, "BMP2JPEG" conversion software may be obtained here.

INSTALLATION:
Extract the zip file into your directory of choice, run "Officers.exe"
