Due to geographic proximity - barring a relocation to my own private Death Star [relocation request forms available online, terms and conditions apply, not available in all states].... but I digress - I'll drop by to see this no matter what. Even if it's just Vort crying himself to sleep and me ...

Just don't ever forget to INCLUDE YOUR ID LINE! EVER!!! Seriously, I have seen people forget about it. Not a pretty sight. Not even I can help the poor souls who do. The blood... *breathes heavily*... so much.... *starts screaming* SO MUCH BLOOOOD! *breaks down and crawls into a corner for sobbing ...

Erm... no offense, but isn't it customary to, you know, hold a new position before accepting applications for one's successor in the old one? Kudos to your self esteem, but it could also be interpreted as arrogance by some and, in fact, lower your chances of actually getting the promotion...

Just ...

Haz: He does not appear to have signed up yet, unless it was with a different name. So, not currently *having* an ID line, it will be a bit difficult for him to include it. :P

Kasrkin: Welcome to the Empire and, if you are thinking about signing up with us, don't let the colonel's obsession with ID ...

Allow me to second Mar's opinion. It's one thing to be active - and a good thing, no doubt - however, if you manage to alienate pretty much all established members of an organization with your behavior, no amount of activity will ever compensate for that.

Ah... the will and determination to change the world. Or in this case, just this little online club. Oh, what a double edged sword it can be!

I've been on both sides of this whole argument and have seen many club internal discussions, fights and wars over whose ideas and concepts are better, more ...

This example illustrates perfectly what is wrong with the system IMO:

Pilot: Captain Hennings, Marks: 1, Missions flown: 1, Rank: 16
Pilot: Fleet Admiral Fel, Marks: 1, Missions flown: 155, Rank: 16

Umm... yeah. 155 missions completed and the guy who completes just ONE gets the same rank. Does ...

Fel: Yep, that was the one I was looking at after reading the Ensign's post and as she has already pointed out, it lacks the whole "factoring in the number of missions flown" part that is the whole point of this thread from what I understand. So, now, code m-... err, I mean, I respectfully suggest ...

Hmm... factoring in the number of simulations flown into the elite pilot chart is actually a very, very good idea. I've always been an advocate of giving an incentive to those who may not be quite as skilled as the elite, but make up for it by showing determination.

Code monkeys, *snaps fingers* go ...

"Being the head of the GE's justice department I would think you would be more mature and not act like a child."

Ah, isn't it so much simpler to feel wildly offended by someone else's words and call them childish than actually taking the time to think about them and argue the point? I find it very ...

Please check your facts.

Umm... excuse me, but: Bwahahahahaha!

Yeah, that is all.

On the subject of Xayun, he is now banned from the forums for his actions toward me. I would view that as I am in the right.

Is he, now? Interesting. I am unaware of any such actions against him and I am ...

Whoa, this is actually difficult and makes me realize just HOW old I am. How am I supposed to compare Space Invaders to Knights of the Old Republic or Crusader: No Remorse to Super Mario Bros? Don't even get me started on all the classic LucasArts adventures.... AAARGH! :P

All considered, my most ...
